An organizational structure of NRTC outlines how certain activities are directed in order to achieve the goals of an organization. These activities include rules, roles, and responsibilities. The organizational structure also determines how information flows between levels within the company.
The structure is a valuable tool in achieving coordination, as it specifies reporting relationships (who reports to whom), delineates formal communication channels, and describes how separate actions of individuals are linked together.
